'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria started with a vision: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizzas right in New York. The Romano family established our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned business that cherished our ancestral recipes.

Tony Romano, our founder, mastered pizza craft during her Italian pilgrimage, particularly under Naples' revered pizzaiolos. Back in the UK, her mission was to recreate the quintessential Italian pizza experience with age-old techniques and premium components.

From an intimate 12-seater pizzeria to a cherished local landmark, we have expanded but never compromised on quality or tradition. Our pizzas are still born out of a wood-fired oven, our dough is kneaded fresh every day, and we only go for the best ingredients available.

Persisting as a family-run venture, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria is now navigated by the Romano offspring. Although we've incorporated modern enhancements, our essence remains unwavering: concocting luscious, genuine pizzas that gather people together.
